1. In the first month, I'll conduct a comprehensive operational assessment and strategic planning process.
2. Together, we'll identify your operational strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities.
3. We'll analyze your current processes and develop a plan to optimize efficiency and scalability.
4. We'll define clear operational and/or sales goals, create a 6-month roadmap, establish KPIs, break goals into actionable projects, and allocate resources effectively.
5. You may submit operational reports, process documentation, supplier agreements, and performance data for my review.
6. You'll have access to my network of operational specialists as needed. I never mark up anyone's time or take commissions.
7. Every six months, we'll reassess progress, analyze effectiveness, and develop plans for the next phase of operational improvement.

If we're not a good fit, I don't want your money. If you're unsatisfied for any reason after the first 30 days, I'll refund my entire fee in full.
